Elliott Carterr, DJ Lex, SP & Letty

Ever wondered how to navigate a platonic relationship with your baby mama or daddy? Join myself, DJ Lex, along with SP and Miss Letty Online, as we tackle this complex topic. SP candidly shares her journey of co-parenting and the intricacies of walking this tightrope. We also share a peculiar interaction with a woman met on a dating app, shedding light on trust issues within relationships.

We then shift focus to the controversial legal allegations against celebrity mogul Diddy and his ex-girlfriend Cassie. The air is thick with speculation and we don't shy away from scrutinizing rumored pay-offs and the authenticity of the allegations. As the discussion heats up, we consider the role of life's trials in shaping us, learning from our blunders, and the power of personal growth. We break the intensity with a little fun, bouncing around a few would-you-rather scenarios.

In the last segment, we're discussing the wildfire of backlash against Megan Thee Stallion for her dating choices and Kobe Bryant's daughter attending prom with a white man. As we navigate through these contentious topics, we also find time to review Island Fish Head, a delightful Jamaican restaurant in Hartford. Our conversation wraps with a heartfelt expression of concern for victims of a recent severe weather incident in Santo Domingo. Join us as we journey through personal experiences, pop culture controversies, and beyond. Tune in, it's a ride you don't want to miss!

I got a question for y'all. I got a question for everybody. I want you to look me right in my fuckin' face and tell me the truth, because I've been lied to. Can you Live with your baby mother or your baby father Without fuckin'? Can you have a platonic relationship With your baby mother or your baby father? After y'all already done fucked raw, had a baby and everything Can y'all have a platonic relationship? Let's start with you, sp.

Speaker 8:

I would say Don't bullshit me. I'm gonna give you my whole.

Speaker 7:

Give me your full honest perspective, because I wanna talk about this.

Speaker 8:

It's very real. So I'm gonna start by saying so look, yes and no. Yes, because I currently co-parent and you know matters came to worst and you know like I have a platonic relationship going on.

Speaker 7:

Right now with my baby father.

Speaker 8:

Entirely platonic. And now live together. Well, yes, somewhat, you know off the record.

Speaker 7:

It's on the record now, baby On the record, so don't bring it up, don't deny it.

Speaker 8:

He's, like you know, got some housing situations, so boring.

Speaker 2:

Okay so.

Speaker 8:

I let him sleep, you know, on the couch and he's really spending time with his son and he hasn't spent time with him at all Because I had a closety and I've lived with him and he wasn't around him. Like his birthday comes once a year, right, okay, so, and then no, because I was talking to this guy who was like he don't date his baby mom. Well, they live together Whole time.

Speaker 2:

Guess who's stupid right.

Speaker 8:

Guess who's stupid Guess who Don't just live platonically With their baby mom. You know foolish. So he's fucking obvious, they was oh, he's telling me that they don't have sex Like that. Alright so. And then she's like what you know, like telling me other stuff. I'm like why are you just too much? I'm not too in line.

Speaker 7:

So my experience. When y'all speak to, I want y'all to speak up a little bit so everybody can hear you loud and clear. Mm-hmm. My experience Coming to Connecticut. What's your experience?

Speaker 7:

I've encountered some Interesting females, some odd females, some strange females, one particular being A female that I met off of A website, black BLK. It's a dating website. Yeah, we start talking, we have an interesting conversation, I take a liking to her, she takes a liking to me, we start setting things up and, you know, making progress off of the app. And, yeah, one day we're just talking and she told me you know, I have my own place, I have my own car, I'm a responsible adult, I have everything going on for myself, I work an overnight job, I have two kids, such and such, and I'm like, okay, that's a beautiful thing. So it's like three o'clock in the morning and we're talking and she's at work. And I'm realizing she's at work and I'm like, oh shit, who the fuck is at home with the babies? Because you've got your own spot, you're living by yourself, you're doing everything on your own. Who the fuck is at home with your one-year-old right now, bitch?

Speaker 7:

Oh, my God, this bitch gonna say oh, her father, her father is at the crib with her. So now I'm having flashbacks and shits, shit not making sense.

Speaker 2:

What the fuck is going on.

Speaker 7:

You just told me you had your own spot. Everything is good.

Speaker 8:

It's three o'clock in the morning.

Speaker 7:

That's a trigger. Everybody flagged Whoa. Who's at home with the babies? Their father, their father is at home. Now I got some questions. Who makes sense? Because their father is at home. So do y'all live together? Now she's being hesitant. Now she's being she's kind of being like she don't want to speak about this subject. It's a touching subject. So she's like yeah, he does live with me, but this is something that we're working on. We've been separated for over a year now. You've been separated over a year.

Speaker 8:

This is Y'all lived together for a year.

Speaker 7:

So you tell me this is very interesting to me Because now I I need to understand the dynamics Of how this works, because I'm thinking as a man. I have a daughter. If my baby mother Moved into my crib Tomorrow, one year from now, would I be fucking my baby mother? The answer is short and sweet. The answer is yes, there is no. There's no situation where she moves in and stays and we're not fucking. There's no situation. It just doesn't work that way In my head. So what I'm trying to understand is how it works for you. So I have some questions.

Speaker 7:

Let's start off with how is your house set up? How is your, how is your shit set up? Would you have a two bedroom or three bedroom? How many kids you have? You got two kids. She said there's four bedrooms in the crib. There's two kids, four bedrooms. I'm like, oh, everybody got a little room. That's a little situation, but that's ideally what I'm thinking In my head. That's not reality. What's the real situation? There's four rooms. He, the baby father, lives with his parents. His father died, so it's just his mom. His mom has her sister there, so his mom has one room. Her sister has one room. The father has one room.

Speaker 7:

The kids have one room.

Speaker 4:

So his whole family is in there.

Speaker 7:

Everybody, I just said.

Speaker 4:

That's crazy.

Speaker 7:

Everybody I just said is in the crib.

Speaker 4:

That's crazy.

Speaker 7:

And this is being sprung onto me the very last moment. You know what I'm saying. So now my question is alright, they can keep trying to look baby together, the dad, the baby father has her room, the aunt has her room.

Speaker 8:

Wait, where does the? So she said the baby has her room. There's four rooms. So, where does she sleep with the?

Speaker 2:

baby.

Speaker 8:

That's what I'm getting at.

Speaker 7:

That's what I'm getting at, I don't know, that's exactly what I'm getting at. See, you're thinking like me, because I think one step ahead, but I like to work my way into that. So the kids have a room, the baby father has a room, the aunt has a room, the mom has a room. Bitch, where do you sleep?

Speaker 8:

With the kids? No, Now I'm not going to ask you outright Do you sleep with your?

Speaker 7:

kids? Do you sleep in a twin size bed with your daughter? Have you seen any places in the bedroom. No, because the bitch is smart so.

Speaker 8:

Oh, he's just calling out.

Speaker 7:

Oh, it's about to get messy.

Speaker 8:

He woke up and I was like it's flammable.

Speaker 7:

It's about to get messy. So I asked what's the kids situation? How are the kids sleeping? Are there two kids kids beds in that kids room? This bitch answers me yeah, there's two kids beds in the kids room. My son has a kids bed of his own. My daughter has a kids bed of her own. My son has a kids bed of his own. My daughter has a kids bed of her own. Whoa, so what? What kind of bed is your baby father sleeping in? He has a full size bed in his room. He has his own room. Alright, I wouldn't even ask that.

Speaker 8:

What kind of bed do you have?

Speaker 7:

Where is he sleeping? I asked all of these questions because I want physical evidence before I start to catch you in lies. You know what I'm saying. So now I asked when do you keep your clothes and stuff? Do you keep your clothes and stuff in his room or in the kids room? This is where things start to get tricky.

Speaker 8:

It's her place.

Speaker 7:

His mom's place, his parents' place, but his dad died, so she lives there. No, she lives there, so, alright, boom.

Speaker 4:

Where's? My question is with his whole family. Trying to date me.

Speaker 8:

I said are you trying to move out?

Speaker 7:

No, I asked all of these questions I asked all of these questions.

Speaker 4:

You live by yourself.

Speaker 7:

I asked all of these questions. I asked all of these questions. So where do you keep your clothes? This is where the trickery starts to come in, because now, if you're in her situation, you've got to start lying, because if you start being honest, it's going to look bad. So I'm like where do you keep your nightgowns and stuff? She's like oh well, there's a. This is where it starts getting tricky. He has two closets in his room, so I have one closet in his room. And then so I'm like so you have a closet in his room, but you sleep in the kid's room. That's crazy. So your daily lifestyle is commuting from room to room Just to make it through the day.

Speaker 8:

Oh man, the way you think of that. And she's like.

Speaker 7:

She's exactly like you. You're making it sound worse than it is and I'm like all right, here's, here's.

Speaker 7:

Here's the question. Here's the whole in one question when do you sleep? She said I sleep in my daughter's bed. I said wow, how is that even possible for you and your daughter to sleep in a child's bed, in a child's bed every single night? She said no, my daughter has a twin size bed. I said but I just asked you seven minutes ago what kind of bed did your daughter have? And you told me that there was two kids' beds in your room and the children's room. So now, no, a child's bed and a twin size bed is completely different. So those, those beds that are like cars and stuff like that.

Speaker 7:

That's not a twin bed.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, I know, but she could be saying, oh, she could be referring to a twin bed as a kid's bed Just because she's a kid.

Speaker 7:

If that's the case, if that's the case, you need to get your facts right and you need to do some research before you speak to an intellectual, because I asked you a question and you gave me an answer, and now I'm holding you to it, just like the police. If you say something, this can and will be used against you. She said she had a kid's, she had two kids' beds and then she up-braided to a twin bed, to a twin bed after. So I'm like do you have a twin bed and a kid's bed, or a kid's bed and another kid's bed? Like, I'm a little confused. I'm only using your words. So what's going on?

Speaker 7:

Frustration starts to kick in, you know, lies start to to take off. So this girl that I'm referring to actually her Instagram is r-m-y-r-a-dot-j-e-n, her name is Destiny Jen and she lives with her baby father and she lives off of her baby father. And if you're on the app and you match with her, this is what you're going to have to deal with. You're going to have to deal with someone that's living off of their baby father and lying to you. This is what I dealt with, so I'm just sharing this with the world.

Speaker 7:

She lied to me, she lives with her baby father and she can't afford to move out and live on her own and pay her own rent and do things like that. So she's just going to continue to live off of her baby father and use these apps like Bumble and BLK and Tinder and she's going to be living with this nigga and matching with random niggas and sucking dick and then going back to that same crib and sleeping that night and I think that's filthy and that's disgusting and it's pitiful for her as a mother, it's pitiful for her daughter as a daughter and it's pitiful for her baby father as a parent, as a co-parent, that's actually trying to provide and do the right thing Because, bitch, you're still living in his crib and you got the audacity to be out there on an app sucking dick every night.

Speaker 7:

They got no shame, though, that's not, no shame, and that shit is crazy to me. So, like I said once again, her Instagram is armyra j-e-n and her name is Destiny Jen, and if you match with her on any of these apps, she's going to lie to you. She lives with her baby father. Take that from me. Peace, alright, so moving on to the next topic. Moving on to the next topic, how do y'all feel about Diddy and this case with Cassie, and how fast that was resolved?

Speaker 8:

Speak on it. Personally, I don't feel any kind of way, because it's not my business. Unfortunately, I have associates who share something I love to read, so I'm reading things that were reported. So it was, like you know, allegations, if you want to call them that.

Speaker 7:

That's what she said in the group chat.

Speaker 8:

It was heinous things, right, they were kind of heinous. Very very kinky and fetishist. No one knew that he was a sex worker. Cassie, you share that with the world and Diddy's like clean this up. They say he paid her faster than he paid any artist, which is you know.

Speaker 7:

I know, I reported the whole thing with Cassie and in less than 24 hours I reported again that it was resolved. I know people think that you know, Listen, Diddy is shook night. Diddy is the real shook night.

Speaker 1:

That's a lot of asses. Diddy is the real shook night Like shook night is Diddy.

Speaker 7:

Diddy is shook night Real talk.

Speaker 8:

They said they called no drive cars.

Speaker 7:

And he ride bikes because of Diddy, Ever since he got identified with Diddy they said that they could never drive another car.

Speaker 8:

And there's pictures of him riding his bike. There's multiple pictures of him riding this.

Speaker 5:

There's pictures of him riding his bike with an air car.

Speaker 7:

No, there's literal pictures of him riding his bike with short hair like me, and there's pictures of him riding his bike with dreads. That's how long that nigga been riding his bike in New York.

Speaker 8:

I mean, I would too, because you could carry what you ride inside the bike, not me. You see, what they said happened to Kid Cuddy.

Speaker 7:

Kid Cuddy was fucking with Cassie and they said Cassie Kid Cuddy's car blew up. Blew right, the fuck up.

Speaker 8:

Yeah, what's worse is that I guess Diddy I mean supposedly Diddy claimed the secret. I mean that whole episode where he's telling people to fetch him some milk from a goat. That's interesting.

Speaker 3:

It's a person's personal characteristics.

Speaker 8:

I wouldn't be surprised. To each his own right. History states that people eat and cake laughing at what people started. There's just shit going on in the world. It's just some shit Straight up, what it is. It ain't my business, Right? Everything like said you could see for yourself in the crowd.

Speaker 4:

You know human nature, you feel me People are going to act on whatever they want to act on.

Speaker 7:

What do humans do the best? We fuck up. That's what we do the best we fuck up.

Speaker 5:

Humans make mistakes, right or wrong. Yeah, right or wrong. They learn from the mistakes Exactly you live and you learn. Exactly you live and you learn. Some people. They not get it. They just keep falling and falling and they learn nothing.

Speaker 4:

They go back and make mistakes.

Speaker 5:

Sometimes they make the same mistakes.

Speaker 8:

Every person is different. They say you stage your grief until you learn your lesson.

Speaker 5:

Exactly, some people learn more faster than mistakes than other ones.

Speaker 7:

Yeah, living you learn. As long as you learn, you can proceed, and progress, that's not common, don't you understand?

Speaker 8:

It's so simple. I shouldn't have to tell you or wash your hands.

Speaker 7:

No, seriously, you shouldn't be leaving the bathroom with ashy hands. You know what I'm saying? Alright question, this is an individual question for everybody in the studio. I'm going to ask you once and everybody can just answer that question when I come around to you. And why? Why you chose the answer that you have. Would you rather? This is a question asked by DDG on Twitter and it was a very good question. Would you rather one billion dollars or immortality, the ability to live forever? Let's start with DJ Lex.

Speaker 4:

Can we skip it?

Speaker 7:

We'll come back to DJ Lex Lex, so let's start with security at the door. One billion or live forever, why you?

Speaker 6:

keep talking forever, so you're going to keep you immortality. You can make a billion dollars a day. You have a billion. You can make a million dollars a day, you can do what you gotta do.

Speaker 7:

I feel you. What about you?

Speaker 6:

I was just money.

Speaker 7:

Why.

Speaker 6:

Multiple reasons, one of them being I want to live and make multiple bonds and they're going to try to return to a curse. I always have this money, so right now the president can buy a spaceship. I can give my tribe to conquest. You know what I'm saying? Now we're fighting against 1% because we are 1%.

Speaker 7:

What's your name, brother Julio? Look forward to hearing more from Julio in the future. We're going to have some more conversations with him.

Speaker 3:

Moving on. I take the money Realistically. If we live for another 100 years, we can see money be pointless. Even if you make a billion dollars for this 100 years, that could be pointless. I know that's worth something. Absolutely, lee, speak up.

Speaker 8:

I wouldn't choose immortality. I don't want to see the people I love die. I make friends everywhere I go, so I don't want to deal with that. I take the money because if I take the money, I get the money and I die tomorrow, that gives money to my family. It will give money to their family. It will go deeper than that.

Speaker 5:

That's why I would definitely choose the money. Ladi, yes, I agree with her, you're going to take the money. Of course, I don't want to live forever. The war is going to end. I don't want to see that. I want to take the money and I have a lot of things to do to help people, to help the community they give me money the person for the children for cancer, to help my family, to buy a body, but I want it. It's more convenient. That's why I choose money Okay.

Speaker 7:

That's the money.

Speaker 8:

I would choose the money just because I don't want to. I think I value life. I believe in it being sun out of. It's so much more, it's a whole religious factor. Life is just life. Now, yeah for sure. I take the money because I watch me cook.

Speaker 4:

I'm saying definitely it's about dance, I ain't mad at you. Let's shake something. I would say I don't want to be a human forever. This life really takes a toll. I would take the billion dollars because and another thing too I feel like when something is unlimited, you take it for granted. You don't appreciate it as much when you know life is short, it's different, and when you know there's an end to it.

Speaker 5:

You know what I mean.

Speaker 4:

I don't know, that's just all I get. I feel like the billion dollars. Yeah, I would help a lot of people with it.

Speaker 7:

Okay so we got one, two, three, four, five, six.

Speaker 4:

Everybody take the money, damn we got seven.

Speaker 6:

Oh my God, I'm going to be more than what I'm going to be Seven people at eight.

Speaker 7:

Oh man.

Speaker 4:

Because I know what's after this. You got one person, one out of eight that picked up mortality.

Speaker 7:

he wouldn't want to live forever. And myself, I would pick the money because I would want to change my immediate family's situations right now and regardless of what's to come in the future. I would want my mom, my dad, my brothers, my daughter. I would want all of them to live the most comfortable life possible right now, now. So I would choose that billion and I would do the most that I could do with that. I don't think I would want immortality, because I think that would be a gift that occurs at the same time. I don't want to see everybody I love die. I don't want to see the world come to an end and I'd be the last one standing. That would be painful and traumatic for me, right, right. So, yeah, I would, uh, I would definitely choose the money, but let's keep this ball rolling. This is a great episode, everybody. We have some great conversations. How do y'all feel about, uh, kobe Bryant's daughter going to the prom with a white man? How do y'all feel about that? Is that something that?

Speaker 4:

no problem, is that something?

Speaker 7:

that y'all feel some type of way about.

Speaker 8:

Honestly, I do not. It could be the word yeah, whatever might it be.

Speaker 7:

Do you think Kobe would have a problem with that if he was here today?

Speaker 4:

It's his preference.

Speaker 8:

Yeah, it is. I couldn't speak on his opinion. How he would tell I would vote? No, you know, because I would. I think what he would should, or if anything anybody should, keep in mind, is her happiness. You know, overall, you know who right, who knows these people, if he should know.

Speaker 4:

If he should know, yes, who knows the parents of their back?

Speaker 8:

story, his back story, because we don't know this individual for I'm not going to judge them.

Speaker 4:

I'm not going to judge nobody yeah we don't know.

Speaker 8:

We don't know this situation.

Speaker 5:

Yeah.

Speaker 4:

I don't have a problem with it.

Speaker 7:

This seems to be a lot of backlash and a lot about it.

Speaker 4:

I get where you're coming from, though, because you know, in the African American community sometimes they're like, oh, I should choose a, uh, white, white, white. You know what I mean. Like, oh, her father probably wanted her to be that guy. You know I get where the discord comes from for sure. I feel like it's just, it's, it should just be her, her choice, her life. Like. Nobody should be commenting and like she was anybody else.

Speaker 7:

I don't think. I think, even if Kobe was here. I don't think that would be something that Kobe has a problem.

Speaker 5:

Happy and they wow.

Speaker 7:

You gotta have a Kobe mentality and whatever you're doing, did y'all? Did y'all see, um, the video I posted of the car getting burnt down and the Stanley Cup being left inside? With what ice and the? Did y'all see that? All right? So I posted a video on our Instagram. You guys go check it out. I posted it yesterday and it's of a tick tocker. She posted a video of her Stanley drinking cup fully intact after After a fire destroyed her car. So the car got burned down fully total and the Stanley Cup was still inside with ice Fully intact. She shook the cup up and heard the ice and everything after a full fire.

Speaker 7:

So she posted that video on tiktok and Mr Dude's name yeah, right there, terrence Riley, the president of that company, stanley Cup. He saw the video and he agreed to replace the car. So Shout out to Stanley for that and they're posted on on our on our Instagram, so you can look up that, that real that. I thought that was pretty dope that he stepped in and replaced the car. That's honestly almost viral real too. So I'm just to shout them out for that. I just like that, yeah.

Speaker 8:

I thought he was genuine, that they even, they seem to all the commotion you know behind me.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 8:

Everybody. If they don't own one, they don't own them.

Speaker 7:

They won't now have to see him now.

Speaker 2:

I.

Speaker 7:

Think good news is the best news. I think people love to hear good news, they gravitate to good news because Whenever I post good news like that, there's always a Great response and I love to hear that. I love, I love to feel that that that great feedback from good news, something that we want to promote on this platform. Moving forward, did y'all hear I heard it, the whole song. I wouldn't call it a Megan this way. Yeah, definitely, he definitely.

Speaker 3:

Also you heard that, that specific bars.

Speaker 7:

Let me see if I can play it for the people, but he definitely comes at Megan I.

Speaker 8:

He's responding, so I guess she's responding. He's responding, so I suppose she says she did a lot. She did a lot for him to laugh.

Speaker 7:

I mean, what he said is like what he said is absolutely permissible because he looked like a fool their whole relationship. He looked, he looked bad during their relationship, the way he stood by her so strong.

Speaker 8:

How you mean to all this. Yeah, like what you know. Home with me. What are you doing?

Speaker 7:

I know it, but let's see what party had to say.

Speaker 9:

Like he, so fresh guely two provider jobs I.

Speaker 2:

Everybody set for the person in the mirror. That's shit.

Speaker 9:

You talk shit like you teaching and cry like a carrot.

Speaker 5:

Fuck a word that you want money.

Speaker 9:

You got Call it you wearing. A whole lot happened in these last two years, but this is the part that you share. I just wish to tell the whole truth. When you was going through shit how I hold you it's gonna be okay is what I told you. I was the realest nigga. You was close to natural.

Speaker 5:

The people that know you don't love you.

Speaker 9:

The people that know you don't know you. I got a lot of vocals that you never stand up close. I said come here, baby, let me show you. Sit down for a second, don't you need a hand? Be for real. You ain't even realistic. Got light pole then you started posting chip pics. The things that you doing is sadistic. Spent four hours doing glam out of bluish. But your foundation is off, you need to fix it. Clean up your spirit and not just your image. I thought that's the truth. Doing with your downtime.

Speaker 2:

When the snakes shed their skin. It only changed on the outside, Emotional hundreds men of work. That you need is internal.

Speaker 9:

When love goes bad, you can't believe it. All cop pics and you can't delete it. Damn, send me with Jada Kingdom and then you with Jada Pinkett.

Speaker 7:

I think we can slow it down right there you see me with. Jada Kingdom and then with Jada Pinkett. But, meanwhile he's seeing you with Tory Leans, the baby Leans, all these other people. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 8:

They got this like you know how they do like man pictures. I think we're like with man pictures. I was like why is he gonna go on my screen?

Speaker 7:

I didn't look it up. So do you feel he's justified in this response, or do you think he looks foolish? Both, I kinda agree. I kinda agree.

Speaker 4:

What do you expect, bro?

Speaker 7:

Like you saw all of his first hand. You feel me.

Speaker 8:

Personally, I think he's doing his. He's justified.

Speaker 7:

I think he's 100% justified. I think he's hurt and he's speaking out.

Speaker 4:

I agree, I would do the same. I got to have this back. I asked him to battle me.

Speaker 8:

He doesn't even want to battle me. I got to know Pat. I got to know Pat, don't play with me.

Speaker 7:

She said she tried to battle with my father.

Speaker 3:

She said she made this friend she said he didn't battle me.

Speaker 8:

I would comment particularly. I would do something like party day, Honestly.

Speaker 5:

I would do something like that, I would follow up and something like that.

Speaker 8:

If you do me, like Megan Stelen, I'm gonna tell him this horse is for sale and then put the mic down and walk away Like an auction but I don't care who gets it and walk away and leave the horse there.

Speaker 4:

Yo, I don't know if I'll make a diss track. Damn, actually I might. Yo, you fucking read it. That's a good idea. If you don't express your feelings, you let it out.

Speaker 7:

Any other new album.

Speaker 8:

I haven't heard it, I haven't, I haven't Coast friends who have read the monitor, I've got some reviews it's completely different.

Speaker 7:

I listened to some of it. It's not what you would expect from Andre 3000. It's not like rapping. It's not a rap song on the album. It's no words on the album at all. It's instrumentals, just straight flute playing. Oh really. You just playing the flute.

Speaker 8:

That's what I'm saying From the reviews it was given like YouTube videos. Like if you put on some kind of music. That's what I'm trying to say in real life.

Speaker 7:

They like it it's cool it's not what I would expect. It's not like I'm not gonna be bumping that in a whip. Like I would be bumping, hey y'all, like you know, like you know, but um. It's different. It's different and it's still a cool vibe, like you know. It's good background music, good elevated music.

Speaker 8:

We love different.

Speaker 7:

We love different we definitely love and support different.

Speaker 3:

It's just different you gotta be prepared for that. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 7:

Yeah, you just gotta be prepared for that.

Speaker 4:

Sometimes, though, when stuff is different, which is you know what, it's okay, though People reject it, and then they come back later and they're like oh, that's what it is. Yeah, the first time they don't like it they look like it's too different. No, no, they like it. They're like oh wow, they're beginning to like it. They're like wow.

Speaker 5:

The first time, all when you know.

Speaker 4:

You know you reject it Cause it's kind of familiar After you get familiar like, yeah, they give you the time to like it Exactly. So that's I like to give music time. I don't like to judge it. You have to. People just listen to it. You know they don't have an opinion.

Speaker 7:

How you feel about scary. I was through.

Speaker 4:

I haven't already. I take my time, dj Lutz. I take my time Even as a.

Speaker 7:

DJ Moving forward. You gotta listen to music. The day it drops immediately I go off feeling I don't ever be off feeling I can't force it. I'm not niggard that beat at 12 o'clock. As soon as that shit drop.

Speaker 3:

Boom. Alright, let's see how this shit, what's this shit hitting for?

Speaker 8:

I learned my lesson when I did that.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, nah, I didn't, I just said whenever I was like I don't know.

Speaker 7:

I ain't learned my lesson. I'm that niggard that's trying to listen to all the music as soon as it drops, but like.

Speaker 4:

Like I feel like I can't just Alright listen and judge it Like no, like I gotta give it time, give it proper listening.

Speaker 7:

So they can at least listen to a different. Why are you on? Scary I was through, scary I was through I gotta listen to it I have to. Scary. I was through, so I just it's an additional six tracks. He got one track with J Cole Evil Ways, where they go on ball for ball. That shit is hard, yo wait, they go on crazy.

Speaker 4:

They just dropped the first person shooter video.

Speaker 7:

The video. The video was tough Fire.

Speaker 2:

That might be one of the best music videos you've ever seen.

Speaker 8:

It looked like a Marvel movie, though Spider-Man was incorporated in that it was so fire, big Stylian fan it was so fire.

Speaker 4:

That video was really good.

Speaker 7:

The best song out of the six new that he dropped for me would be you Broke my Heart. That should just go hard.

Speaker 4:

A lot of people are posting about that.

Speaker 7:

Yeah, that should just. They like it. You Broke my Heart Goes Hard. That's the Drake that everyone expected originally from All the Dogs. That's the type of Drake that everyone wanted. And they didn't really get that time of Drake. They got more of the singing and shit. But even that was tough to me because this Drake album was rated very high to me. But when he came with that hardcore shit no homo it was tough.

Speaker 8:

That's what they want.

Speaker 7:

Yeah, that's what we really want to hear. You Broke my Heart. The shoe fits. Those are the bangers, that's the bass pumping that we want to hear. So shout out to Drake for dropping those six tracks. The streets needed that. Thank you, I'll get to it. Big thank you, big thank you. We're about to wrap this up now, though, so let me get into my food reviews.

Speaker 4:

We're going to talk about Yo, I got to pull up to one of those.

Speaker 7:

You should.

Speaker 4:

Yes.

Speaker 7:

I'm with him.

Speaker 2:

He's like wait, he just be gazing. Food reviews are like we're fighting white by himself.

Speaker 7:

This is a very, very, very big thing for Connecticut, for the state of Connecticut.

Speaker 4:

I love it, so you got to put me on to spots.

Speaker 7:

I'm coming to your restaurants and I'm holding you accountable.

Speaker 7:

Yes, I'm holding you accountable for everything For my experience, from when I opened my car door and I get out the car to walk into your restaurant. I'm holding you accountable for everything For the cleansiness, for your service, for your attitude if you're smiling, how your restaurant smells, how the bathroom look, how the fucking floor under the toilet look. I want to see everything. I want to know what's going on with your restaurant, how you care for your restaurant. So far, the worst restaurant that I've been to is Chef Waltz. That restaurant.

Speaker 7:

The service was atrocious. The people were rude. It was a mad house. It was a free-for-all. I had a fat nigga digging in my bag of food and the lady asking like, did you touch his food? Like bitch, I know you saw him touch my food. Give me new food Like something's wrong. Something's wrong, yes, oh, wow, it should never be. Chef Waltz, 10 Love Lane, hartford. Chef Waltz LLC. Y'all, make sure y'all check them out and rate them for yourselves. I'm not telling you don't go and support. I'm telling you check them out and see what's going on for yourself.

Speaker 4:

Bitch, maybe they had an off day.

Speaker 7:

For that to be my first day. It shouldn't be an off day for you. No, you're right, I don't give a fuck. If you have an off day, don't open a shop that day.

Speaker 4:

If you can't work, don't work. You can't provide bad service.

Speaker 7:

No, you can't. Don't provide bad service. So where I went was Island Fish Head. I went to a spot called Island Fish Head.

Speaker 4:

You are putting me on to a lot of places I've never been. Yeah, check.

Speaker 7:

So that's good. Follow the page, that's good. Listen to the reviews. Watch for the reviews, because the LFTG weekly food reviews is something that I'm passionate about. It's something that I'm taking very serious. So Island Fish Head is a small Jamaican spot in the Hartle Hartle on Albany Avenue. Chef Morris himself greeted me with joy and a smile as I entered his restaurant. He took my order. I must say the presentation in his place was absolutely beautiful. It was filled with colors. The place was clean enough to eat off the floor. The smell was marvelous. Ordered a jerk chicken and shrimp combination.

Speaker 4:

Yeah.

Speaker 7:

They made it to order 15 minutes. He came back with a fresh tray of Rasta Pasta, probably the biggest tray of Rasta Pasta I've ever been served in my life.

Speaker 4:

You gotta feed your whole family.

Speaker 7:

Yeah, it was enough for me and my daughter, for sure we both could have ate off that. I ate probably three meals off that one day.

Speaker 9:

Yeah.

Speaker 7:

So if you don't eat very large portions, consider sharing. When the tray was presented to me, it looked magnificent Extremely large portions. It was heavy on the chicken, heavy on the shrimp. It was impressive because restaurants are usually light on the shrimp, heavy on the chicken, so the fact that they went heavy on both was impressive. The quality and the taste of the food was absolutely on point. Shout out to Chef Morris. The service was excellent. The cleansing was amazing. I was impressed with every aspect of the restaurant. I paid $40.08 for a Rasta Pasta combination with chicken and shrimp and also a cola champagne. So that's absolutely on the premium end. That's very pricey, that's expensive.

Speaker 1:

for a Rasta Pasta $40.01 for one meal $40.08 is expensive.

Speaker 4:

Thank you.

Speaker 7:

But to rectify that, in terms of pricing, the portion that they provide you was absurd.

Speaker 4:

A lot yeah.

Speaker 7:

They feed your whole family. They're charging you $40.00 for the weight. Pretty much they're charging you because they're not giving you a plate. They're giving you a tray, a styrofoam tray full to the brim that you could barely close.

Speaker 4:

A Rasta Pasta. They know what it is. I want to try it.

Speaker 7:

So I'm going to say the pricing is premium, it's expensive, but it's worth it. So let's break this down. Let's give them a grade. Let me go to my grader sheet. So for presentation, I'm going to give them an 8.5. For portion, I'm going to give them a 9. For affordability, I'm going to give them a 6. For service provided, I'm going to give them the service, the highest service provided that we've witnessed on this channel. Yet that's going to be a 9.5. And for the quality of food, we're going to go 7. So for that total grade we go.

Speaker 8:

Oh, please.

Speaker 7:

I mean they jump. The total grade is going to be an 8. Okay, which is exceptional. So round of applause to Island Fishhead. Let me give you that address.

Speaker 4:

We got to make a list of all of them and their grades so far.

Speaker 7:

Yeah, I'm going to post that.

Speaker 4:

Absolutely going to post that Now. It makes so dope the CT restaurants. That's fine.

Speaker 7:

So the address is 304 Albany Ave in Hartford and that's Island Fishhead. Shout out to Chef Morris. Let him know LFTG radio sent you. They'll definitely hold you down.

Speaker 4:

I have the next spot you're going to go to what's that?

Speaker 7:

We're going to review Social House and Sotron this week.

Speaker 4:

Social House. Let's go together. Yeah, we'll definitely check them out what kind of food is there Everything.

Speaker 7:

So, yeah, be on the lookout. We're going to tag Social House and Sotron in the comments and everybody. We could exit and let's let Miss Letty sit here in the middle and do her Latin report. Great, the Latin report, now report. Live from the gutter, miss Letty.

Speaker 5:

Good afternoon, good evening, good evening. My name is Lelti Matos Lelti online. I am here to report a story of a news that was published on Santo Domingo. Just Hello, get up. Good evening. I came to report a news from Santo Domingo that is happening since yesterday. It was raining today but it did a lot of damage. There were many rains every day. There was a cyclonic, cyclical situation of a change in weather methodology. There are many changes that have been made now from the cyclical change that is happening in the weather. It is like a pattern that is happening since Santo Domingo. It happened in Puerto Rico, miami, brooklyn, a flood with many waterfalls and then it causes a lot of chaos.

Speaker 5:

What impressed me the most was that on the street on February 27, on Santo Domingo, the capital, all the cars passing under the tunnel. There are big walls that cover the tunnel when it passes under the cars. These huge walls fell yesterday on all the cars that passed under the tunnel On February 27, a main street in Santo Domingo, in the west. So nine people died. The cars were crushed because the bars that separate from the tunnel bridge are such large and strong bars that the cars were crushed and the people died because of them. It's a shame. These are the human losses that unfortunately we suffer in this case, especially since it's Christmas time and the holiday season that comes around, so it's very unfortunate that people go through the case of the barbed wire, there are also many people who lost their homes.

Speaker 5:

I think it's a challenge to disown their homes. So all this climatic change of the time, also, the tanks that cover the water supply, everything is ready, but everything is made for the 20th century and, as you know, we are already in the 21st century, so we are a little late. But if the tank that we have to go through the water and disown they cover themselves, then the climate is stronger than before. So the rainier, the more chaos, the more human losses. The amount of water is incredible as it was formed throughout the country on Sunday. There were mainly human losses and there were also losses in the houses of the people.

Speaker 5:

Agriculture was affected as well. Rice beans, all agriculture because of the rainwater, were affected as well. Also, something that doesn't move, which doesn't go forward, is the problem of diseases caused by water, such as dengue, which had already been controlled, because it's a mosquito that when the water is accumulated, the mosquito grows and the dengue disease comes back again. So right now we are exposed to more diseases. When dengue comes back there are also stomach diseases and all those diseases of the anophora and the respiration, such as flu and all those things. So, as I said before, we will see that the water is getting released and then we will take more measures of the health precaution.

Speaker 5:

And there were also many people who didn't know why these climatic events happen once a year or twice a year. Of course they are prepared, but it's that every day, more more meteorological than I said, they are changing so they go out of their hands. So they are crazy. Some people don't pay attention to the warning that they have to leave their house if they are close to the sea and the river, because the water grows in the rain. So the people who don't do anything, some people get bathed.

Speaker 2:

They are unconscious they get bathed in the rain and then the danger, the lightning.

Speaker 5:

It's a danger and sometimes people don't assimilate, we don't take awareness of the danger because it's not a regular water. It's something tremendous, it's cyclonic, it's a very strong wave, as they say from those that get bathed a year, that give them painful waves in time.

Speaker 8:

And also so that's all.

Speaker 5:

We have this here to warn you and give you news. We bring you news if you haven't seen it presently on the radio or in the media, on the computer or online. We bring you here so that you can know. And we also thank you for following, follow us and subscribe.

Speaker 3:

Speaker 7:
