Staten Island Blood Leader Exposed: Crimes, Cooperation, and Controversy

Elliott Carterr Season 2 Episode 25

Send us a text

The veil lifts on a shocking story of betrayal, abuse, and corruption as respected Staten Island figure Elliott Carterr reveals disturbing truths about once-influential Blood leader Rameen "Ise Kream" Smith. This raw conversation exposes how a man who commanded respect throughout New Brighton's Tombstone Gangsters used fear and intimidation to mask predatory behavior.

Mr. Carterr, a Staten Island podcaster with firsthand prison experiences alongside Ise Kream, shares court documents revealing the gang leader's arrest for sexually abusing a child under 13. The allegations are horrific—showing pornography to a minor, inappropriate touching, and more—all while Smith maintained his position of authority within the community. The 39-year-old's criminal activities eventually extended to betraying his own code, taking a proffer agreement to cooperate against fellow gang member "Tone."

The conversation reveals an even more disturbing family pattern, with Ise Kream's brother Jatiek "Bad Blood" Smith allegedly approaching inmates with bizarre proposals to cooperate against them in exchange for financial support. According to news reports, both brothers have histories of sexual crimes against minors, using their gang affiliations as shields against accountability. The discussion highlights how power dynamics within gang structures can enable abusers while silencing victims and witnesses through fear of retaliation.

Though some in New Brighton still support Ise Kream despite these revelations, most of Staten Island has turned against him now that the truth has emerged. This powerful episode serves as both a warning about false leaders and a testament to breaking the silence that protects predators. As Chyna Brim states, "I don't wish jail on a lot of people, but I wish jail on him."

Salute, salute. We in the building. I'm here with Mr Carter himself. You know what I'm saying. One of the voices of Staten Island. You know what I'm saying? One of the voices of Staten Island. You know what I'm saying If you ain't following him. He have a big radio station. You know Staten Island's tapped in. You tapped in. You got people all over the world tapped into your radio station. I did my background in. I was fortunate to be locked up with this guy before and I'm happy to see. You came home and you actually grew and created something. That's monumental, man. You got your own radio station. You got to put 050 on it. That's a fact. You got to. I want everybody to hit the like button, subscribe to the channel. Y'all already know 050, the movement. Now we got to get to some content. You reached out to me. It was rumors that was heard.

Speaker 2:

I ain't going to lie, I had a lot of Staten Island, niggas hitting me up.

Speaker 1:

I didn't believe it, it never came across my table about and actually, ice cream. I got a couple of pictures of ice cream, which you know. The homies probably know him, I ain't gonna lie. Ice cream was put on. He had a brother named Bad Blood, which I found out. We gonna get to his brother, but right now it's about ice cream. I was with ice cream in a beacon. No matter of fact, we was in Old Boy. Were we in Old Boy or Brooklyn House? I think Brooklyn. Yeah, we was in Brooklyn House, me, him. Rest in peace, the S-Double-M, the big homie that passed. Rest in peace, jungle. We was all in the building, iceberg, I think. He knocked the police out, broke his arm or something. Ice cream, ice cream, ice cream. He put on. I was in the building. He did something, broke his what's the name? We was in Brooklyn house, you know. Rest in peace to jungle was in the building. Now, years pass, come to find out and I'm hearing this. I didn't believe it. At that time he was TSG. He had some tombstone blood.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, he had the whole hood in Staten Island, tombstone Facts.

Speaker 1:

He had the whole hood in Staten Island, tombstone.

Speaker 2:

The whole New Brighton Facts.

Speaker 1:

The whole New Brighton. Salute the New Brighton, Salute the New Brighton, salute the State Lieutenant the whole.

Speaker 2:

Staten Island yeah, shout out Staten Island, shout out my city and this is going to be a great topic.

Speaker 1:

Now, when you holler at me about this, I want to know, because usually I get paperwork and I couldn't get nothing, or nobody sent me nothing from standing out and verifying that he told. But one thing that made me think I was fortunate to be with his code D. A lot of people probably know this dude. He go by tone, which in prison he was going by Wolverine. Now Wolverine was at the time he was like one of the head of the Mad Dogs. Salute to Sobe. Him and Sobe had Mad Dogs on lock. When it came to Mad Dogs it was Sobe Wolverine which is Tone him and the brother Locked Up. What's his name? Digger? I keep on forgetting his name Rod Diggs, rod Diggs, rod Diggs. So them two was like the main names. And Carlito I don't know A lot of people I don't know about Puerto Rico. Encalito from Gawandes, he was somebody who I knew who was putting on for Mad Dog. Yeah, facts.

Speaker 1:

So, this brother. He came home. Did you see him when he came home?

Speaker 2:

No, I never. I never crossed Tom's path, but he was moving, he was. He was causing a lot of ruckus in the city. You know I'm saying he was getting money with a lot of people. He was putting a lot of people in good positions. You know he's a good dude. He helped a lot of people, put a lot of money in people's pocket. He even put money in a rat ice cream pocket. You know I'm saying for ice cream to turn him back around and take a profit agreement and flip on him. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

So what was the reason? Like? What was the reason? First of all, ice cream did he get? Did he blow?

Speaker 2:

trial. Tone blew trial. Tone went to trial and blew trial. For how much? He didn't get sentenced yet. Wow yeah, he didn't get sentenced yet. So he's waiting to get sentenced. But what Ice Cream did was take a proffer agreement. You know what I'm saying. He told Tone he was taking a proffer agreement, but he was supposed to switch up, you know on DA and everything.

Speaker 1:

But I don't get it. If he told Tone he's taking the profit agreement, did Tone respect it? Did he say I take the profit? Because if you're taking a profit agreement, he basically agreeing for him to tell on him. He basically agreeing for ice cream to tell on him. He basically agreeing for Ice Cream to tell on him who would just I don't get it.

Speaker 2:

I don't know how that whole thing went with him, you know, agreeing or not, if he necessarily agreed to it, or whatever the case may be, but Ice Cream told him. I know that for sure. And then Ice Cream flipped the script. He was supposed to you know what I'm saying play the DA, but he ended up playing Tone.

Speaker 1:

So what about Ice Cream? What's his situation? Is he in prison? He's in.

Speaker 2:

Hudson. He's in federal. He's in federal custody right now and he's in Hudson. Now tell me how that makes sense right now and he's in Hudson.

Speaker 1:

Now tell me how that makes sense. Ain't Hudson supposed to be for people who cooperate in or listen? For those who in the comment section, please hit the comment section, those who know about the feds. I'm not too familiar about the feds, I don't know that much. I forgot to put it in the comment section. But from my information of dealing with these type of cases, from hearing, if you in Hudson, from the people that I know, it's either you cooperating or you in PC, or you hiding, or you in PC.

Speaker 1:

So what is Ice Cream doing in there?

Speaker 2:

That jail is supposed to be closed but it's. It's open because you know it's a functioning jail so they could use it for for things like this, for for PC. You know, for people that always into something they need to hide, then they hide. You know what I'm saying. Ice Cream also, you know. I think Ice Cream also helped the government against my mans here. You know what I'm saying. And his brother even tried to tell on my mans right here. You know, his brother was in a cell. His brother, bad Blood, was in a cell with Traj, who you see on the screen, and he asked Traj, he was like yo, let me go in on you, let me tell on you, you know what I'm saying and I'll hold you down your whole bid. You know, I know you.

Speaker 1:

He said so basically, these dudes is asking people to tell on them.

Speaker 2:

That's a fact.

Speaker 1:

They will hold them down.

Speaker 2:

He asked Traj to his face in the cell. He was like yo, let me tell on you you know what I'm saying. Let me go in on you and I'll hold you down your whole bid. Traj told him get out the cell. He was like get out the cell right now. You can't stay here. No more.

Speaker 1:

That's new. I never heard nothing like that on 05OD.

Speaker 2:

But I heard nothing like that on 05OD. But I heard and Traj wrote me a letter and verified it. So it's not like I'm just talking, I'll send you the letter. You know what I'm saying. Like he verified it, so I won't.

Speaker 1:

We cannot say that the R word. I want to ask you something, because I heard um Bad Blood, which is his brother as well, and him, is it true? Bad Blood, which is his brother as well, and him, is it true? Bad Blood and Ice Cream had an R case, or something that's surrounded by that.

Speaker 2:

Both of them. Both of them are SAs. You know what I'm saying? They're both abusers.

Speaker 1:

So can you show, like you can show it on a picture? If you got, can you show something to verify it? Absolutely, you can read a little bit, but don't read something that we you know, because we want verification on this.

Speaker 2:

So this is what I'm reading you. As you can see, it's a Daily News article. Forth Staten Islanders Four Staten Island teenagers used threats of violence to get two young girls to perform sexual acts that were videotaped. Law enforcement officials said yesterday would you rather get on your knees or get cut? This is what suspect Jateek Smith allegedly allegedly threatened, and who's Jateek. Which one is Jateek? That's his little brother. I don't think you have a picture of him.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I don't have a picture of him. I didn't send you a picture of bad blood?

Speaker 2:

I don't have a picture of him. I didn't send you a picture of bad blood, but I will after this. His little brother was 19 when he allegedly threatened the victim. Law enforcement said His co-defendants, smith and Andre Cash, forced a 13-year-old to perform sexual acts and Donald and that's.

Speaker 1:

I think that was the case, because I ran across his brother in, I think, franklin Correctional Facility, which is a medium yeah, that's where he was at and he got clapped. One of the homies clapped him and he asked me to hold them down. But I heard something I didn't believe because they said that he was before he got there. They said he was in I forgot the houses they hold for people. There's programs For people who got them cases. So he was housed in a place called Gawanda Andawanda, which is a medium facility. Yeah, I could put it in the comment section. I'm not really familiar, but they said it's a, it's like a part of Gawanda that had those people for them cases and he was in a program for it and they cut him. That's how he ended up coming to our jail and he told us a whole different story.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, he tried to spin him. He tried to spin him. That's crazy, yeah.

Speaker 1:

That is crazy. So what it look like in Staten Island right now. What is they saying as far as Cream, how they look at Cream, is Staten Island with him or against him, like what's going on out there.

Speaker 2:

You know he have certain members of his hood that's with him that support the nonsense. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

So he got people, that's from what side is his hood, New Brighton. So he got people in New Brighton who still supporting this many.

Speaker 2:

But yeah, it is this. There's far and few. You know. You know the sour hour podcast dude that hit you up yeah, salute the sour hour no salute to him.

Speaker 2:

No, salute to him. Wow, what happened? He's a clown. You know what I'm saying. They call him. They call him sloppy poppy in the hood. You know I'm saying he's a clown. They call him sloppy poppy in the hood. He be. You know making girls feel uncomfortable. You know I'm saying staring at girls. He got accused of groping girls. You know I'm saying he got like, yeah, he got people like that in his corner. You know what I'm saying? Weirdos Hell. You see, the Smith brothers is grapists, as you can see. You know what I'm saying. They into that grape stuff, and Jateek's not the only one, you know. But Ice Cream, his crime was let's get into Ice Cream?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, let's see. Please hit the like button. Subscribe to the channel. I want to say salute to Staten Island, especially on this blog. We gave down because Ice Cream is actually one of the faces in prison for Staten Island one of the big faces as blood. When you think of blood and you think of a Staten Island, one of the big faces has blood. That's very unfortunate. When you think of blood and you think of a Staten Island, blood ice cream was that for Staten Island Him?

Speaker 2:

and Sunshine.

Speaker 1:

A lot of these dudes probably don't know about Sunshine.

Speaker 2:

I don't know if Sunshine is alive. People know about Sunshine. People know about Sunshine.

Speaker 1:

Speaker 2:
